I obtained my Master degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in Beijing Language and Culture University, the top University in China in the area of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. I am a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, also a professional in Mandarin Chinese and on Language teaching. I am now doing a Ph.D. study on Mandarin Chinese in the Netherlands. I also speak Engish and Dutch. My English level is C1, and Dutch B1, in the framework of CEFR.
Experience
I have been working as a one-on-one Chinese tutor since 2011. I have tutored students who study Mandarin for various purposes. I'm helping students prepare for HSK and HSKK test hence they will get the key to applying for a Chinese Scholarship; I tutor university students majoring in Chinese Studies as well as International Studies, supplementing their Mandarin courses in the universities; I'm also good at working with children in the way of immersion study. My students also enjoy the learning process. We have made each tutoring very efficient and interesting together. More importantly, they see their progress.

Hobbies
I see myself as an easy-going and professional tutor. I like teaching and I enjoy every step of teaching. I like Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese painting, so I also tutor students Chinese Calligraphy. I'm also an Asian foodie, so cooking Chinese food has a lot of fun. I like traveling but the road trip is my favorite! So far, I've done road trips in the countries in west and south Europe and North America.
